Our Spirits

Stone Groove Stillhouse is a craft distillery in Anaheim, California, and the home of Musically Mastered™ - our proprietary, patent-pending process for aging whiskey and other barrel matured craft spirits to music.

At Stone Groove, music is more than atmosphere. It's an active force in how a spirit comes to life. Sound, vibration, frequency, and resonance are channeled into the barrel maturation environment, deepening the interaction between spirit and wood - and each genre leaves its own signature. The result: a collection of spirits that feel intentional and expressive, with character you can taste.

Our ethos is simple. We're genre agnostic and globally inspired — honoring the past with analog playback, and chasing what's next through innovation in how flavor develops. The Spirit of Music™ isn't a tagline here. It's the way we work.

Country Bourbon is warm, soulful and familiar — toffee, honey, and a whisper of sweet oak. Blues Bourbon goes deeper — brown sugar and dried cherry, rich with feeling and character. Classic Rock Rye brings energy, attitude and a little swagger, with red peppercorn and black cherry biting back. Jazz Fusion American Single Malt is layered, expressive and full of unexpected turns — caramel, banana, and walnut giving way to something new with every sip.

They were never meant to taste the same. Music doesn't work that way.
