Too many venues place a turntable in the corner, put on a record, and call themselves a Hi-Fi bar. We believe the music deserves far more respect than that.
Our vinyl chain begins where it should: with a diamond in a groove.
The system starts with a pair of precision-engineered Technics SL-1210M5G direct-drive turntables - highly regarded models built for exceptional stability, control, and performance. We've fitted them with Ortofon Concorde Elite cartridges featuring nude elliptical diamond styli designed to track the groove with remarkable accuracy, retrieving the detail, warmth, and high-frequency texture that less capable setups can leave behind.
From the source, the signal travels through a Union Audio Four.Valve analog rotary mixer. Its high-voltage vacuum-tube circuitry brings body, dimensionality, and rich harmonic character to the listening experience without sacrificing clarity.
A MasterSounds FX unit gives our guest selectors and resident DJs tactile control over filters, delays, and reverbs, allowing them to shape a set creatively while remaining connected to the physical, hands-on nature of analog DJing.

We approached the architecture of Stone Groove Stillhouse with the same care used in designing a professional recording studio. The room is acoustically treated to manage reflections, standing waves, and decay, allowing the music to surround you without becoming harsh, muddy, or fatiguing.
The result is sound that feels present and immersive while remaining comfortable enough for conversation.
